Something with the new topo API would be cool. I was thinking if you could draw topo lines in Revit and give them a height, that the toposurface could be created from that, instead of drawing lines in cad with elevation and importing to create the surface.

Hi Marcello,
“Premium content” is more likely to get posted on http://www.udemy.com/revitapi if people taking that class have questions beyond what is covered by course material.
Regarding the view title, the API can get and set the same Viewport – Show Title parameter that is exposed in the Revit UI.
